Welcome to pocokoko.com (the "Site"), operated by Poco Koko Inc ("Poco Koko," "we," "us"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

Poco Koko memory foam play mats are designed for supervised floor play. They are not sleep products, and are not a substitute for adult supervision. Always supervise babies and young children during use. Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and production batches.

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify Payments and its payment partners. We never store your full card details.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect your order on arrival and report damage within 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful purposes, no attempting to breach security, no scraping or copying content at scale, no transmitting malware, and no impersonating Poco Koko or others. We may terminate access for violations.

All Site content — text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Poco Koko Inc and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and adapt that content in connection with our business. You confirm your content is yours, accurate, and not unlawful or offensive. We may remove any user content at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or our Warranty Policy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poco Koko Inc's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Poco Koko Inc harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
