Are PocoKoko mats safe for newborns?
Yes. Our mats are tested to CPSIA and ASTM F963-23 standards, which cover children's products from birth. The foam is CertiPUR-US certified and the fabric is OEKO-TEX tested.
Do the mats have a chemical smell?
Minimal to none. Our CertiPUR-US certification verifies low VOC emissions. Some customers notice a faint scent when first unrolling — it dissipates within 24-48 hours.
