We want you to love your Poco Koko mat. If you don't, here's how we make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — no questions asked. Opened, unrolled, and lightly used is totally fine. Items with extensive damage, permanent staining, or signs of abuse may receive a partial refund (a deduction of up to 20%, communicated to you before processing).
How to Start a Return
Email hello@pocokoko.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day — return shipping is always free.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it takes 5–10 business days to post.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mat arrives damaged or defective, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return required.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? Email us — we'll send a prepaid label and ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way. Exchanges are free; you only pay (or get refunded) the price difference.
Final-Sale Items
No Poco Koko product is final sale — every item is return-eligible.
